Due to the high demand for beautifully- located fincas, especially in the area of Alaró, Caimari, Mancor de la Vall, Santa Maria, Selva and Sineu, we are looking for a committed property acquirer/real estate consultant for the central region of the Island.

Your tasks:

As a real estate consultant with acquisition tasks you form the interface between owner, prospective buyer and your colleagues. You acquire new properties, organize a professional object description, create exposé texts and ensure that all necessary sales documents are available. You know what you are doing, as do the owners, because you regularly keep them informed about the progress of the marketing.

Additionally you will receive prepared customer enquiries for your region, contact the interested parties and accompany them in their search for the right property. You will organize viewings and take care of all customer issues. With your extraordinary service and support readiness, you will accompany your clients professionally up to the final notary appointment and beyond (after-sales service).
